A wellness project is part of the hospitality project. A guest pool, shared spa or suite with a wellness area meet different needs. Wonder Wellness supports hotels, farm stays and hospitality properties with turnkey design and construction, coordinating spaces, technical systems and work.

Choose the purpose before the equipment

In the initial discussion, we explore the relationship between the wellness area, rooms and shared spaces. A farm stay may want to enhance outdoor areas; a hotel may want to add private spa suites. The objective helps guide coherent choices about size and services.

Organise work around the business

Access, construction areas and work stages are assessed with the property. We define the scope and relationships with other contractors. Timings and working arrangements are agreed according to the project and site conditions, without standard promises.

Plan for day-to-day operation

Filtration, water, air and technical access affect use and maintenance. Design goes beyond choosing finishes: it must also allow the space to be cared for after handover. For existing systems, we assess renovation and refurbishment.
