Spas and wellness centres: from design to completion

Wellbeing takes shape through a complete project. A bespoke spa begins with the relationship between circulation, water, heat and relaxation spaces. Wonder Wellness designs and builds turnkey private spas, luxury spas and wellness centres for homes, hotels, farm stays and other hospitality properties.

Define the experience and the spaces

A private suite and a shared wellness area have different requirements. During the initial consultation, we focus on users, available space and the relationship with the rest of the property. Equipment comes next: sauna, steam room, pool and whirlpool need a coherent layout.

Coordinate what lies behind the finishes

Plumbing, electrical and heating systems, waterproofing, water and air treatment all contribute to how the space works. The design must also consider technical access and maintenance, rather than leaving these decisions until construction is nearly complete.

From construction to operation

Wonder Wellness coordinates the agreed work through testing and handover. For hotels and farm stays, we also consider the relationship between the new space and the hospitality business. Ongoing support helps look after the facility beyond installation.

Experience to build on

At Abbadia Wellness in Tolentino, the work includes three private spas; at San Pietro sopra le Acque in Massa Martana, a spa, whirlpool and outdoor pool. Our projects illustrate different types of work, without reducing each project to a standard solution.
